One vehicle.
One system.
IMR designs and develops high-performance systems, components and custom solutions for off-road and motorsports vehicles. Instead of treating fabrication, suspension, wiring, controls, tuning and testing as separate jobs, we engineer how the complete vehicle works together.
Vehicle Development
Complete programs or focused system development.
Controls & Calibration
Wiring, ECU, PMU, data and dyno validation.
Engineered Components
CAD, prototypes and low-volume performance parts.

03 / Why IMR
Engineered, never
off-the-shelf
Four decades of competition and development taught us that performance comes from integration. Every IMR project is shaped around the vehicle, the operating environment, the driver and the result the program actually needs.

Systems-level thinking
Fabrication, suspension, wiring, controls, calibration and testing are developed as one connected vehicle system.
Engineered per application
No generic recipe. The scope is built around your machine, rules, environment, goals and budget.
Built, measured, refined
Design decisions are validated through fabrication, instrumentation, dyno work and real-world testing.
04 / The Process
From problem to proven solution
01
Define the Need
We document the vehicle, requirements, rules, goals, budget and desired schedule before defining scope.
02
Engineer the System
Architecture, components, interfaces and risks are worked through as one coordinated solution.
03
Build & Integrate
Fabrication, wiring, controls and calibration are executed with serviceability and reliability in mind.
04
Validate & Refine
Dyno data, instrumentation and real-world testing are used to verify the result and guide improvement.

07 / FAQ
Questions, answered
What kinds of vehicles and projects does IMR work on?
We focus on off-road, UTV, race and high-performance motorsports applications — from trail machines to full race programs.
Can you work with my existing vehicle or a partially completed build?
Yes. We'll evaluate the vehicle or system as it sits and recommend a practical scope based on its condition, your goals and the components already on it.
Do you offer complete builds or individual services?
Both. Depending on the project, we can run a complete vehicle-development program or handle a focused need — wiring, tuning, suspension, fabrication or component design.
Can you design and manufacture one-off components?
Yes. We develop custom components and prototypes when no appropriate off-the-shelf solution exists.
How do quotes and project timelines work?
Every project starts with a conversation about the vehicle, your goals, requirements, budget and schedule. Once the scope is clear, we provide a proposed approach and a quote.
Do you work with customers outside New Jersey?
Yes. Depending on the scope, we support remote engineering, component development, shipped parts and select out-of-state projects.
